5. Advertising and affiliate links

Google AdSense and advertising partners

The Site may use Google AdSense and approved advertising partners. Google and other third-party vendors may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, limit, personalize, and measure ads based on visits to this Site and other websites, subject to your consent choices and applicable law.

Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services, review Google advertising technologies and controls, and see Google’s information about ad technology partners.

Personalized and non-personalized ads

Personalized ads may use information about your activity to make advertising more relevant. Non-personalized ads are based primarily on contextual information, although cookies or similar technologies may still be used for purposes such as frequency capping, aggregated reporting, security, and fraud prevention.

Affiliate links

Some links are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, a retailer or affiliate network may record the referral and pay us a commission, at no additional cost to you. Those third parties process information under their own privacy policies. Read our Affiliate Disclosure for more information.

We do not sell personal information for money. However, some advertising disclosures may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain U.S. state privacy laws. Where applicable, you can opt out through Cookie Settings or by contacting us.
